Ivan Apollonovich Charushin (1862–1932) was an outstanding Vyatka architect whose work shaped the look of the city of Kirov and the region for decades.
In 2022, Kirov officially declared the year of architect Charushin — and we couldn't stay aside. We made a series of short videos about nine buildings that best tell the story of his work.
Each episode is not just a walk to an architectural monument, but an occasion to peek into the stories of the people and eras that these buildings remember.
